Principles

The SRC Humanitarian Foundation is a charitable foundation established by the Swiss Red Cross with headquarters in Bern. It is subject to control by the federal authorities.

The SRC Humanitarian Foundation is an institution of the Swiss Red Cross.

The bodies of the foundation are:

  • the Red Cross Council of the Swiss Red Cross
  • the Foundation Council
  • the auditors

Applicants

The following may submit applications to the SRC Humanitarian Foundation:

  1. Organisations of the Swiss Red Cross
  2. International Red Cross and Red Crescent movement
